Immediate Danger
SintaConnect is not an emergency-response service. If you believe you or another person is in immediate danger, contact local police, emergency medical services, or another appropriate emergency authority before submitting a platform report.
Start Here
Meaningful relationships take time. No honest relationship requires you to ignore your instincts, surrender your privacy, send money, rush into travel, or accept pressure that makes you uncomfortable.
Share personal details slowly. Avoid giving out your home address, passwords, financial information, identification documents, or private account access.
Never send money, gift cards, cryptocurrency, banking details, or account verification codes to someone you have only met online.
Use video calls, ask reasonable questions, and look for consistency between a member’s profile, photos, location, background, and conversations.
Slow down when something feels rushed, secretive, inconsistent, manipulative, or too good to be true.
Take time to learn about another member before sharing sensitive information or moving conversations to another platform.
Remaining on SintaConnect during the early stages of a conversation may help preserve relevant information if you later need to report suspicious or harmful behavior.
You are never required to reply, continue a conversation, share photographs, participate in a video call, disclose private information, or meet another person.
Stop communicating when someone repeatedly ignores your boundaries, pressures you, threatens you, or asks you to keep suspicious activity secret.
Online identity can be misrepresented. A profile photograph, verified email, Premium badge, social-media account, or video call should never be treated as an absolute guarantee.
Consider using multiple video calls at different times. Ask normal questions about the person’s location, work, family, daily life, values, and relationship intentions.
Look for consistency. Significant changes in the person’s name, age, location, occupation, photographs, relationship status, or personal history may be warning signs.
Never ask another member to send a complete government identification document. Sensitive identity documents can be stolen, misused, or manipulated.
Scam Prevention
Scammers often build emotional trust before asking for money, personal documents, financial access, or secrecy. One warning sign may not prove fraud, but multiple warning signs should be taken seriously.
Never send money to someone you have only met online.
Love, faith, marriage promises, family emergencies, illness, military service, travel delays, and visa problems are commonly used to create emotional urgency.
Do not send cash, wire transfers, checks, mobile credits, gift cards, cryptocurrency, payment-account access, or financial assistance to someone you have only met online.
Never allow another member to use your bank account, address, payment application, credit card, identity, business, or mailing information to receive or transfer money.
Do not deposit checks or accept funds with instructions to send part of the money elsewhere. Payments may later be reversed, leaving you responsible for the loss.
Be cautious of investment opportunities, guaranteed profits, cryptocurrency trading, inheritance claims, business partnerships, or requests to purchase property.
A sincere person will respect your decision not to provide financial assistance.
SintaConnect staff should never ask for your password.
Do not trust a message simply because someone claims to work for SintaConnect. Report suspicious staff impersonation.
Avoid sharing the following information until you have carefully evaluated the relationship and understand the risks:
Once private information or intimate content has been shared, you may not be able to control how it is copied, stored, altered, or distributed.
Think carefully before sending private or intimate photographs. A recipient may copy, record, save, distribute, or misuse the content.
Never share sexual content involving anyone under 18 or someone who appears to be under 18.
Threatening to release intimate images, private messages, or personal information is blackmail and is prohibited.
Preserve relevant messages or evidence when it is safe to do so, stop communicating, report the account, and contact local authorities when appropriate.
Video calls can help confirm identity, but videos may be recorded, manipulated, replayed, or generated using deceptive technology.
Avoid displaying financial documents, identification, confidential work information, your home address, or other sensitive details during a call.
Never perform an intimate act because another person pressures you, threatens you, promises marriage, or claims it is necessary to prove love.
End the call when the person behaves suspiciously, demands money, becomes sexually aggressive, or refuses to respect your boundaries.
SintaConnect does not arrange, supervise, approve, or guarantee meetings. Members are responsible for deciding whether, when, and where to meet.
International relationships may involve travel, immigration, cultural differences, money, family expectations, and legal documents. These circumstances can create additional risks.
SintaConnect does not provide legal, immigration, marriage, financial, or tax advice.
Do not rely solely on statements made by another member about visas, sponsorship, marriage requirements, citizenship, property rights, or immigration outcomes.
Never sign a document you do not understand. Consult a properly qualified professional before making legal or financial commitments.
No member can guarantee visa approval, immigration status, citizenship, marriage recognition, or permission to travel.
Do not introduce a new online relationship to children too quickly. Protect children’s names, school information, addresses, routines, photographs, and private records.
Never permit another member to communicate privately with a child in a sexual, romantic, manipulative, or secretive manner.
Report any account you believe belongs to a person under 18 or any member who appears to be targeting or exploiting minors.
Contact local authorities when you believe a child is in immediate danger.
You may end a conversation or relationship at any time. Another member must respect that decision.
Repeated unwanted contact, threats, intimidation, blackmail, stalking, location tracking, identity exposure, and attempts to contact family or employers may create serious safety concerns.
Block or stop communicating with the person when possible. Preserve relevant evidence, report the account, strengthen your account security, and contact authorities when appropriate.
Reporting
Report behavior that appears fraudulent, abusive, threatening, exploitative, illegal, or inconsistent with the SintaConnect Community Guidelines.
Include specific facts, dates, relevant messages, profile information, and supporting details when available. Do not submit false or retaliatory reports.
Authorized staff may review the reported profile, relevant messages, prior reports, warnings, moderation history, account status, subscription records, technical information, and other evidence reasonably necessary to investigate.
SintaConnect may remove content, issue warnings, restrict features, suspend accounts, permanently ban members, preserve evidence, or contact appropriate authorities.
Safety decisions are based on the information reasonably available. SintaConnect may not be able to verify every claim or disclose every detail of an investigation.
SintaConnect does not monitor every interaction outside the platform.
However, serious off-platform conduct connected to a SintaConnect relationship may be reviewed when it creates a credible risk to members.
Relevant conduct may include violence, fraud, stalking, trafficking, threats, blackmail, impersonation, sexual exploitation, or attempts to avoid a platform ban.
SintaConnect cannot guarantee a member’s identity, intentions, truthfulness, criminal history, relationship status, financial condition, health, compatibility, or future behavior.
Profile review, verification tools, moderation systems, payment status, and account history may reduce certain risks, but they cannot eliminate risk.
Members remain responsible for using judgment, conducting their own reasonable verification, protecting personal information, and deciding whether to continue a relationship.
Contact SintaConnect when you need to report suspicious behavior, request account help, raise a safety concern, or ask about a moderation decision.
Do not include passwords, complete payment-card numbers, unnecessary identification documents, or sensitive information that is not required to explain the issue.
