Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information SintaConnect collects, how we use it, when it may be disclosed, and the choices available to you.

Effective date: July 25, 2026

Your privacy matters

SintaConnect is a relationship platform where members may share personal information, photographs, messages, and relationship interests. We recognize that this information can be sensitive and should be handled responsibly.

By accessing or using SintaConnect, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy. You should also review our Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, Safety Center, and Cancellation and Refund Policy.

1. Scope of This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to personal information processed through the SintaConnect website, member accounts, messaging system, subscriptions, support channels, moderation tools, and related services.

It does not govern third-party websites, payment processors, social networks, or services that maintain their own privacy policies.

3. Information You Provide

You provide information when you create an account, complete or edit your profile, upload photographs, send messages, save favorites, purchase a membership, submit a report, contact support, or otherwise interact with SintaConnect.

Some profile details are optional. However, certain information is required to create an account, provide services, protect the platform, and meet legal or contractual obligations.

You should not provide Social Security numbers, full financial-account details, account passwords, unnecessary identity documents, or other highly sensitive information through your profile or member messages.

You are responsible for ensuring the information you submit is accurate and that you have permission to upload any photograph, video, or content involving another person.

4. Information Collected Automatically

When you use SintaConnect, certain technical information may be collected automatically through server logs, cookies, sessions, security systems, and similar technologies.

This information may include your Internet Protocol address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring page, access time, pages viewed, button interactions, session identifiers, errors, and suspected security events.

We may use this information to keep you signed in, remember settings, measure usage, improve performance, prevent abuse, identify unauthorized access, and maintain platform security.

5. Profile Visibility

SintaConnect is designed to help members discover and communicate with other members. Information included on your member profile may therefore be visible to other members.

Visible profile information may include your name, age, gender, country, city, biography, photographs, membership badge, online status, last-seen information, and other details you choose to provide.

Do not add home addresses, private phone numbers, government identification numbers, financial information, workplace schedules, or other details that could create unnecessary safety or privacy risk.

Other members may be able to save your profile as a favorite or interact with it according to their membership permissions.

6. Messages and Conversations

Messages sent through SintaConnect are intended for the participants in the conversation. However, no online messaging service can guarantee absolute confidentiality.

A message or conversation may be accessed, preserved, or reviewed by authorized SintaConnect personnel when it is reported, when necessary to investigate possible fraud or misconduct, when needed to protect members, when required to maintain the service, or when disclosure is legally required.

The person receiving a message may save, copy, photograph, forward, or disclose it outside the platform. SintaConnect cannot control what another member does with information you voluntarily send.

Use care when sharing personal, romantic, financial, travel, family, or identifying information in a conversation.

7. How We Use Information

We may use personal information for the following purposes:

  • Create, maintain, authenticate, and secure member accounts;
  • Display member profiles and profile photographs;
  • Operate browsing, favorites, messaging, online-status, and last-seen features;
  • Process memberships, renewals, cancellations, and transaction records;
  • Provide customer service and respond to member requests;
  • Investigate reports, suspected scams, harassment, fraud, and policy violations;
  • Issue account warnings, suspensions, restrictions, or bans when appropriate;
  • Protect members, employees, service providers, and the platform;
  • Prevent unauthorized access, duplicate accounts, spam, abuse, and automated attacks;
  • Improve platform design, performance, reliability, accessibility, and member experience;
  • Understand how members use SintaConnect and which features are useful;
  • Send account, security, billing, moderation, and policy notices;
  • Comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests;
  • Establish, exercise, or defend legal claims; and
  • Carry out other purposes disclosed when information is collected.

8. Legal Bases for Processing

Where applicable law requires a legal basis for processing, SintaConnect may process personal information based on:

  • Performance of our agreement with you, including providing account and membership features;
  • Our legitimate interests in operating, improving, securing, and protecting the platform;
  • Your consent, where consent is requested or legally required;
  • Compliance with legal obligations; and
  • Protection of vital interests, rights, safety, and security.

The legal basis that applies may depend on the information involved, your location, and the reason it is being processed.

9. Memberships and Payment Processing

If you purchase Premium membership, payment information will be processed through an authorized third-party payment provider.

SintaConnect does not intend to store complete payment-card numbers or card security codes in its primary member database. Payment providers may send us limited transaction information, such as payment status, subscription status, billing dates, transaction identifiers, payment method type, and limited card details.

Payment providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies. Review those policies before completing a purchase.

We may retain transaction and subscription records for accounting, tax, dispute, refund, fraud-prevention, legal, and business purposes.

10. When Information May Be Disclosed

SintaConnect may disclose information in the following circumstances:

Service Providers

We may provide information to vendors that help us host the website, store data, process payments, send communications, prevent fraud, provide analytics, verify accounts, or support platform operations.

Other Members

Information you add to your member profile may be visible to other members according to the platform’s settings and features.

Safety and Moderation

Information may be reviewed or shared internally with authorized staff and contractors when needed to investigate reports, enforce rules, prevent harm, or protect the platform.

Legal Requirements

We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, legal process, court orders, subpoenas, government requests, or law-enforcement obligations.

Protection of Rights and Safety

We may disclose information when we reasonably believe it is necessary to prevent fraud, abuse, threats, exploitation, serious harm, or violations of our Terms.

Business Transactions

Information may be transferred as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, bankruptcy, or similar business transaction.

With Your Direction

We may share information when you ask us to, authorize us to, or intentionally use a feature that requires disclosure.

SintaConnect does not intend to sell personal information in exchange for money. Some privacy laws may define “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising more broadly than an ordinary monetary sale. Additional disclosures and choices will be provided if those activities become applicable.

11. Staff and Administrative Access

Authorized owners, administrators, employees, and contractors may access information when reasonably necessary to perform assigned duties.

Duties may include customer support, payment support, report investigation, account moderation, fraud prevention, security review, legal compliance, and technical maintenance.

Access should be limited according to assigned roles and permissions. Staff members are not authorized to access member information for personal curiosity or unrelated purposes.

Administrative actions may be recorded to help maintain accountability, investigate misuse, and preserve moderation history.

12. Reports, Warnings, and Moderation Records

When a member submits a report, we may collect the reporter’s identity, the reported member’s identity, the reason, details, conversation information, relevant messages, supporting evidence, and the time of the report.

We may create internal records describing account warnings, suspensions, bans, verification changes, staff notes, investigation results, previous account status, new account status, and the staff member who performed an action.

Moderation records may be retained after an account is closed when reasonably necessary to prevent repeat abuse, defend legal claims, comply with law, protect members, or preserve the integrity of enforcement decisions.

We generally do not reveal the identity of a reporting member to the reported person unless disclosure is required by law or necessary for a formal legal process.

13. Cookies and Similar Technologies

SintaConnect may use cookies, session identifiers, local storage, pixels, logs, and similar technologies to operate and protect the platform.

These technologies may be used to keep members signed in, remember preferences, maintain secure sessions, understand performance, prevent fraud, and identify technical problems.

You may be able to control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may prevent login, account security, messaging, or other core features from working correctly.

14. Analytics and Advertising

SintaConnect may use privacy-conscious analytics to understand traffic, feature use, performance, errors, and general platform activity.

If advertising, referral tracking, or additional analytics technologies are introduced later, this Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy will be updated as appropriate.

We will not represent that information is used only for one purpose and then knowingly use or disclose it for a materially different purpose without providing appropriate notice or consent where required.

15. Data Security

SintaConnect intends to use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.

Safeguards may include access controls, password hashing, role-based staff permissions, secure hosting, software updates, logging, backups, vendor review, and incident-response procedures.

No website, database, network, storage system, or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure. You use online services and transmit information at your own risk.

Protect your password, use a unique credential, sign out of shared devices, and notify SintaConnect if you suspect unauthorized access.

16. Security Incidents

If SintaConnect becomes aware of a security incident, we may investigate, contain the issue, preserve evidence, restore systems, work with service providers, and notify affected individuals or authorities when required by law.

Notices may be delivered through email, the website, member accounts, or another appropriate communication method.

Members should promptly report suspected account compromise, unauthorized access, phishing attempts, or security weaknesses through the Contact page.

17. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the platform, maintain accounts, complete transactions, investigate reports, protect safety, prevent fraud, comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

Different categories of information may have different retention periods. For example, active profile information may be retained while your account is open, while transaction, security, and moderation records may be kept longer.

Deleted information may remain temporarily in backups, archives, system logs, cached copies, or disaster recovery systems before being overwritten or removed.

We may retain limited information about a suspended or banned account to prevent a person from evading an enforcement action by creating another account.

18. Your Choices and Account Controls

Edit Your Profile

You may update eligible profile information through your account settings or profile editor.

Control What You Share

You decide what optional profile information, photographs, and biography details you provide. Avoid posting information you do not want other members to see.

Cancel Premium

You may cancel a recurring Premium membership to prevent future renewal charges. Subscription cancellation does not automatically delete your account.

Request Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your account, subject to information we must or reasonably need to retain for safety, legal, payment, fraud-prevention, and enforcement purposes.

Communication Preferences

You may opt out of optional promotional communications. We may still send transactional, billing, security, legal, and account-related notices.

Report or Block Members

You may report concerning conduct and use available tools to stop or limit unwanted interaction.

19. Privacy Rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights concerning your personal information. These rights may include the ability to:

  • Request access to certain personal information;
  • Request correction of inaccurate information;
  • Request deletion of eligible information;
  • Request a copy of certain information in a portable format;
  • Object to or restrict certain processing;
  • Withdraw consent where processing depends on consent;
  • Opt out of certain sales, sharing, or targeted advertising where applicable; and
  • Appeal a decision concerning a privacy request where required.

These rights are not absolute. A request may be denied or limited when an exception applies, including for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, recordkeeping, free expression, disputes, or the rights of another person.

We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. Authorized-agent requests may require proof of authority and direct confirmation from the account holder.

20. Account Deletion Requests

You may request deletion of your SintaConnect account through an available account tool or by contacting us.

Before completing deletion, we may require identity verification and confirmation that any active subscription has been addressed.

Deleting an account does not necessarily delete information another member independently retained, content required for legal proceedings, financial records, security logs, reports, moderation records, or information we must preserve by law.

Deletion cannot always be reversed. You may lose access to your profile, photographs, conversations, favorites, membership features, and account history.

21. Children’s Privacy

SintaConnect is not intended for anyone under 18, and minors are prohibited from creating accounts or using the platform.

We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 18 for dating or membership purposes.

If we reasonably believe an account belongs to a minor, we may suspend or remove the account and take appropriate safety actions.

Anyone who believes a minor is using SintaConnect should report the account immediately.

22. International Members and Data Transfers

SintaConnect may be used by members located in different countries. Your information may be processed or stored in the United States or another country where SintaConnect or its service providers operate.

Privacy and data-protection laws may differ between countries. Where legally required, we may use contractual safeguards, consent, or another approved transfer mechanism.

By using an international dating platform, you understand that profile information and messages may be viewed by members located outside your own country.

23. Third-Party Links and Services

SintaConnect may contain links to third-party websites, social-media pages, payment providers, travel providers, advertisers, creators, or other services.

A link does not mean SintaConnect controls or endorses the third party’s privacy practices.

Review the privacy policy of any outside service before providing personal information or completing a transaction.

24. Do Not Track Signals

Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” setting. Because there is not one universally accepted response standard for all websites, SintaConnect may not respond to every browser Do Not Track signal.

Where applicable law requires recognition of a legally valid opt-out preference signal, SintaConnect will evaluate and implement an appropriate process before engaging in the covered activity.

25. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as SintaConnect adds features, changes service providers, expands to new locations, or responds to legal and security requirements.

When changes are made, we will update the effective date. We may provide additional notice through the website, member account, or email when changes are material or when required by law.

We will not knowingly make materially misleading privacy promises. Our actual data practices should remain consistent with the notices provided to members.

26. Contact SintaConnect

You may contact SintaConnect regarding privacy questions, account access, correction, deletion, security concerns, or other privacy requests.

Please describe your request clearly and include the email address connected to your account. Do not send your password, complete payment-card number, or unnecessary sensitive documents.

We may ask for additional information when reasonably necessary to confirm your identity and protect your account.
