Membership Billing

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Clear information about recurring Premium billing, cancellations, membership access, refunds, failed payments, and billing disputes.

Effective date: July 25, 2026

Important Summary

You may cancel future billing at any time

Canceling normally prevents the next recurring charge. Your Premium features generally remain active until the end of the billing period you already paid for. Except where required by law or specifically approved by SintaConnect, payments are nonrefundable and unused time is not prorated.

Cancel Anytime

Members may stop future recurring billing before the next renewal date.

Keep Access

Premium access normally continues through the end of the already-paid billing period.

No Prorated Refunds

Unused days in a billing period are generally not refunded or credited.

Legal Exceptions

Refunds will be provided when required by applicable law.

1. Premium Membership Billing

SintaConnect may offer paid Premium memberships that provide access to additional features beyond the Free membership.

Unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout, a Premium membership is billed on a recurring basis. The price, billing period, renewal date, and included features will be displayed before payment is submitted.

By purchasing a recurring membership, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the payment method on file at the beginning of each new billing period until the membership is canceled.

Taxes, currency-conversion charges, bank fees, or payment provider fees may apply depending on your location and payment method.

2. Automatic Renewal

Premium memberships automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled before the next renewal charge is processed.

The renewal amount will normally be the price shown when the membership was purchased, unless SintaConnect has provided notice of a pricing change.

Members are responsible for reviewing the renewal date shown in their account and canceling before that date when they do not want another billing period.

Canceling after a renewal charge has already been processed does not automatically reverse that payment.

Cancellation Process

3. How to Cancel Premium

SintaConnect intends to make cancellation straightforward. Members should cancel through the same account or billing area used to manage the Premium membership.

STEP 02

Open the section that displays your Premium plan, renewal date, and billing status.

STEP 03

4. Access After Cancellation

Canceling a recurring membership normally stops future renewal charges. It does not immediately remove Premium access.

Premium features generally remain available until the end of the billing period already paid for.

After the paid period ends, the account may return to the Free membership level unless the account is separately deleted, suspended, or banned.

Messages, favorites, profile information, and other account records may remain subject to the normal account and data retention rules described in the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Refund Policy

5. Payments Are Generally Nonrefundable

Except where required by applicable law or specifically approved by SintaConnect, Premium membership payments are final and nonrefundable.

SintaConnect generally does not provide refunds or credits for partially used billing periods, unused features, lack of messages, lack of matches, dissatisfaction with another member, or failure to use the platform.

Premium membership provides access to platform features. It does not guarantee replies, matches, dates, relationships, engagement, marriage, travel, immigration approval, or any specific result.

Canceling a membership prevents future renewal charges when completed on time but does not automatically create a refund for the current billing period.

6. Situations That May Be Reviewed

SintaConnect may review refund or billing-adjustment requests in limited circumstances. Review does not guarantee approval.

Accidental duplicate charge

Contact SintaConnect promptly and include the account email, charge dates, and amounts.

Unauthorized payment

Contact your payment provider immediately and notify SintaConnect so the account can be reviewed.

Technical billing error

We may investigate incorrect charges, failed cancellations, or other verified billing problems.

Legal refund right

A refund may be issued when consumer-protection law requires one.

Refund requests should be submitted promptly after the charge is discovered. Delayed requests may be more difficult to verify.

7. Warnings, Suspensions, and Bans

SintaConnect may warn, restrict, suspend, or permanently remove accounts that violate the Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, safety rules, payment rules, or applicable law.

A moderation action does not automatically create a right to a refund.

Members removed for fraud, scams, harassment, threats, impersonation, sexual exploitation, payment abuse, ban evasion, or other prohibited conduct may lose remaining access without a refund, except where required by law.

SintaConnect may separately review a billing error even when an account has been restricted or removed.

8. Failed or Declined Payments

A payment may fail because of insufficient funds, an expired card, an incorrect billing address, fraud controls, account restrictions, payment provider rules, or other reasons.

SintaConnect or its payment provider may attempt to process a failed recurring payment again.

Premium access may be limited, paused, or ended when payment cannot be completed.

Members remain responsible for valid charges associated with the membership and should update expired or incorrect payment information.

9. Duplicate or Incorrect Charges

Contact SintaConnect promptly if you believe you were charged more than once for the same billing period or charged an incorrect amount.

Include the email connected to the account, the charge dates, the amounts, and the payment method type. Do not send complete card numbers, banking passwords, or verification codes.

Some pending charges may be temporary payment authorizations rather than completed transactions. Your bank or payment provider can help confirm the charge status.

10. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Contact SintaConnect first when you believe a charge is incorrect. Many billing issues can be investigated without a formal payment dispute.

Submitting a knowingly false chargeback, falsely claiming that an authorized payment was fraudulent, or abusing a payment dispute process may result in account restrictions or permanent removal.

SintaConnect may provide transaction records, account activity, acceptance records, billing notices, cancellation history, and other relevant evidence to a payment provider reviewing a dispute.

A payment dispute may cause Premium access to be suspended while the matter is reviewed.

11. Payment Providers

SintaConnect may use third-party payment providers such as Stripe, PayPal, or another approved billing service to process transactions.

Payment providers may collect and process payment information under their own terms and privacy policies.

SintaConnect may receive transaction identifiers, payment status, billing dates, limited payment-method details, refund status, and fraud-related information. SintaConnect should not receive or store a complete payment-card number when payment is processed through an approved provider.

A payment provider may apply separate dispute deadlines, security checks, currency rules, or account limitations.

12. Membership Price Changes

SintaConnect may change Premium pricing, included features, or membership options.

When a price change affects an existing recurring membership, SintaConnect will provide notice as required by applicable law before the new price is charged.

A member who does not accept a future price may cancel before the updated price becomes effective.

13. Promotions, Discounts, and Trials

SintaConnect may offer promotional pricing, discounts, introductory offers, referral rewards, or free trials.

Promotional terms may include separate eligibility rules, expiration dates, renewal pricing, redemption limits, or geographic restrictions.

Unless stated otherwise, a promotional membership may renew at the regular recurring price after the promotion ends.

Promotions have no cash value and may not be transferred, combined, resold, or abused.

14. Deleting an Account Is Not Always Cancellation

Deleting, abandoning, hiding, or no longer using an account may not automatically cancel recurring billing.

Members should complete the formal cancellation process and confirm that future renewal has been stopped.

When billing is managed through an outside payment provider, additional cancellation steps may be required through that provider.

Contact SintaConnect when you are uncertain whether the membership was successfully canceled.

15. Approved Refund Processing

When a refund is approved, SintaConnect will generally submit it to the original payment method.

The time required for the refunded amount to appear depends on the payment provider, bank, card issuer, currency, and country.

SintaConnect cannot control processing delays caused by a bank or payment provider after the refund has been submitted.

Refund confirmation may be provided by email or displayed in the member’s billing records.

16. Consumer Rights and Applicable Law

Nothing in this Policy is intended to eliminate a refund, cancellation, or consumer-protection right that cannot legally be waived.

Members in certain countries, states, or regions may have additional rights based on local law.

When this Policy conflicts with a mandatory legal requirement, the mandatory requirement controls.

Members should contact a qualified professional or appropriate consumer-protection authority when they need legal advice about individual rights.
